I provide coaching for children and teens between 5-21 years old, and their families. My Family Health Coaching provides support for:

Picky eating
Unhealthy eating
Overweight, pre-diabetes/diabetes

“Food fights,” ie those unproductive struggles over food at the dinner table
Behavioral Health
ADHD
Anxiety and stress
Feeling down
School issues
Erratic sleep patterns
Not enough physical activity
